Main Screen

Here is the main screen. From here users can login to add new incidents and maintain the various parameters in the application.

Calendar

Here is the calendar screen. From here users can view all of the scheduled and unscheduled events and narrow down events to what is pertinent to them.

Location

Here is a sample of one of the maintenance screens. From here users can view, add and modify all locations used in the application. All of the maintenance screens follow this same general pattern to maintain consistency and ease of use for end users.
